彈性蛋白酶 Elastase 來源於(yu) 豬胰髒，分子質量25.9KD，PH8.5.彈性蛋白酶水解的蛋白底物的種類繁多，但也有其*性，它能夠水解彈性蛋白，胰蛋白酶，糜蛋白酶或胃蛋白酶不能作用的底物。大豆胰蛋白酶抑製劑和激肽釋放酶抑製劑抑製蛋白水解，但無彈性蛋白離解活性。
穩定性/儲(chu) 存：彈性蛋白酶在pH值≤3.5時不穩定。2-8° C幹粉穩定貯存6-12個(ge) 月。
彈性蛋白酶產(chan) 品代碼：ES和ESL在中性pH值和在濃度大於(yu) 0.25％時溶解性差。當用反應混合物或培養(yang) 基稀釋彈性蛋白酶之前，調整kcl或堿性緩衝(chong) 液的離子強度或PH值有助於(yu) 彈性蛋白酶的溶解，當pH4.0-10.4時穩定。
技術說明：1 SucAla3NA單位大約相當於(yu) 6倍的彈力蛋白酶的消化單位。應用無菌水進行溶解，以避免細菌汙染。由於(yu) 懸浮液的粘稠性（代號：ES的小瓶包裝）應用水衝(chong) 洗以保持濃度。
單位定義(yi) ：25 ° C，pH值8.0，1單位的酶每分鍾切開1微摩爾的N-succinyl-L-alanyl-L-alanyl-L-alanine-p-nitroanilide的量。
